When asking a horary question, there are several requirements for you/the querent:

 

• You must be convinced of the necessity and urgency of the question;
• You must have slept with the thought of it for at least one night;
• You should formulate it clearly, in detail, add a time frame, if possible with and frame the question in such a way that it can be answered with “yes” or “no” answer;

• The question itself, as well as a little more background information about it (if you are looking for your keys, you can describe where you last saw them, in which direction you were going, who you met on the road, was it in the car or on the street, etc.);
