My astrology practice puts my clients' privacy, health and well-being first.

 

If a client is interested in a topic that is better suited to another type of professional, I will consciously redirect them.

 

Astrology is not a substitute for, but can assist, contribute to, and channel your ongoing work with a psychotherapist, medical professional, lawyer, etc.

 

Although astrology has tools for looking at health cases, as described on www.mokusastrology.com - I do NOT specialize in medical astrology and cannot answer questions in this area.

 

In my practice I do not engage in concrete predictions because astrology is largely archetypal, but also often literal. By ordering a service from my website www.mokusoastrology.com, you agree to everything described and the likely results, which may differ from what was expected.

 

If you are wondering how to ask a question or what will be more suitable for you, do not hesitate to contact me and together we can choose a service according to your specific case.

 

I will never look at or analyse charts of people, who are not informed and have given consent about the reading. My practice is strictly confidential.

 

I do not do natal readings or progsnotication for children under 18 years of age, unless with their consent and that of a parent or guardian. In this case, they must be over 13 and under 18 years of age.

 

 

 

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATION

 

If you want to cancel or reschedule your consultation, this must happen at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled time.

 

No-show consultations with a ZOOM live appointment are non-refundable. The meeting will be considered to have failed if the client does not join within 15 minutes of the agreed time.

 

If you cancel your appointment 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.

 

In case of cancellation of a consultation by me, you will be informed in advance about this and a new date will be offered to you. If you do not wish to reschedule the appointment, the full amount will be refunded.
